Michelle is currently SVP of Human Resources for the Entertainment division at NBCUniversal and has 25+ years of experience partnering with executive leadership teams to offer strategic counsel on a diverse range of people-related matters, including organizational development, employee relations, coaching and development, performance and talent management, compensation, conflict management, and HR legal compliance. She has been with NBCU for almost 12 years serving in a variety of HR leadership roles. Prior to joining NBCU, she held HR leadership roles within the media, technology, and higher education sectors.

She earned an M.A. in Organizational Management from Antioch University and a B.A.in History from the University of Virginia. Michelle has been an active volunteer at her sons’ public schools, and enjoys music, cooking, and traveling. She lives in Valley Village, CA with her husband, two sons, and Goldendoodle. Michelle is thrilled to be joining the LAMusArt Board of Directors and channeling her “inner band nerd” into helping young people nurture their artistic passions.
